We are taking applications for the following positions:

Registration Clerk, Part-Time, Registration. Medical registration experience is strongly preferred, but not required. Position has variable days, hours and rotational weekend work (20-25 hours per week). Cash handling, computer and customer service experience is required.

Payment Posting Clerk, Part-Time, Payment Posting. Schedule will consist of 20-30 hours per week. Experience with posting medical payments is strongly preferred. Candidate must have working knowledge of EOBs, paper and electronic remits, ERA and EFT files.

LPN, Full-Time, Rheumatology. Candidate will need to have at least one year of LPN experience with infusions and IV certification is strongly preferred. Must have current WV nursing licensure. Schedule will be Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.

LPN, Part-Time, Endoscopy. Current WV nursing license required. IV certification is strongly preferred, but not required. Endoscopy and/or Gastroenterology experience is also strongly preferred. Position will consist of 25-30 hours per week Monday-Friday.

Charge Entry Clerk, Full-Time, Charge Entry Department. Must be proficient in accurate medical coding for diagnosis, procedures and services in a physician based setting. Sound knowledge of medical coding rules and regulations including compliance and reimbursement. CPC-A or CPC certification through the American Academy of Professional Coders is strongly desired.

Reimbursement Clerk, Full-Time, Reimbursement. Experience and/or education in medical billing strongly preferred.
