Optician - Full Time

Optician
Seeking a licensed Optician to work in the optical shop on Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Will assist clients in selecting frames, process all orders for glasses and contacts, maintain records of customer prescriptions, work orders, and payments, recommend specific lenses, lens coatings, and frames to suit client needs, instruct clients on how to insert, remove, and care for contact lenses and care for eyeglasses, perform administrative duties such as tracking inventory and sales, submitting patient insurance information, and performing simple bookkeeping, repair damaged frames, arrange and maintain displays of optical merchandise, and more. HIMG is seeking a motivated hard working full-time RN in our Oncology clinic. This position will be 32 hours per week. A person in this role must be able to multi task as well as stay organized.

Radiology Technologist - Per Diem

HIMG is looking for a PerDiem Radiology Technologist This positions will have flexible hours that could included evenings and weekends
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
1. Prepare patients for Radiological procedures.
2. Perform routine Radiological duties and procedures including fluoroscopy.
3. Prepare contrast for barium studies.
4. Follow all radiation safety and rules.
5. Ensure equipment is in working order and report equipment malfunctions to appropriate person.
6. Maintain examination room cleanliness.
7. Maintain necessary supplies in exam rooms.
8. Understand the various radiologists’ protocols for preparing and removing patient exams from Multiviewers.

Sleep Tech - Full Time

HIMG is looking for a full time sleep technologist for our sleep clinic. A person in this roles must have successfully completed a sleep technology program, associated with a state licensed and/or a nationally accredited educational facility or hold a Certified Polysomnographic Technician (CPSGT) credential or equivalent.

Duties include, but are not limited to
•Comply with applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and standards regarding safety and infection control issues.
•Perform routine equipment care and maintenance and inventory evaluation.
•Maintain current CPR or BLS certification.
•Demonstrate computer skills appropriate for the position.

Chronic Care LPN - Full-Time

Chronic Care Management LPN
HIMG is offering an exciting opportunity for LPN’s to work with primary care patients who have 2 or more chronic care needs and are obtaining primary care services with HIMG. Day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Identifying qualifying patients based on program guidelines;
• Discussing health issues with the patients in person and over the phone;
• Working with the physicians and/or established treatment guidelines to create personal care plans for chronic conditions;
• Maintaining documentation of activities as needed by the program guidelines.

Candidates must possess strong clinical skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of Medicare patients and personnel. Time management skills and strong organizational skills are a must. Must be able to work in a team environment as well as have the ability to work alone. Requires 3 or more years of previous nursing experience. Must be able to produce a valid current WV nursing license.

Chronic Care LPN positions will be Monday through Friday with typical business hours – No evening, weekend or major holiday hours required!

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Performs patient work-ups and diagnostic testing

Such positions could include clerks in billing, collections, pre-certification, payment posting, charge entry &/or coding. Duties vary based on individual job requirements, but may involve working with billing information, speaking with patients regarding payment plans & bills, obtaining proper insurance authorizations to perform specific medical procedures; posting payments to accounts, ensuring that procedures are coded & posted correctly.

Candidates must have a high School diploma/GED & be able to maintain patient confidentiality & demonstrate keyboarding/data entry & clerical skills. The ideal candidates will have some prior experience performing the functions listed above or experience working in a medical setting with understanding of insurance, billing and/or and associated terminology.

• Reconcile cash drawer daily

To work in this position, you must have a flexible schedule and be willing to work some weekends in our Nowcare clinic (closes at 3pm) and evenings (up to 7pm). Hours will be approximately 20-25 hours per week, although may be more during peak vacation seasons. Customer services skills including a pleasant, patient focus demeanor is critical for success in this a registration opening.
