Exciting things are happening! On September 1, 2020, HIMG was acquired by St. Mary’s Medical Center and became an outpatient department of the hospital.

During your upcoming appointment, you may notice a few changes. Our registration process has changed to mirror the hospital process. To help us serve you in an efficient and timely manner, we are asking that you complete the enclosed registration paperwork prior to your visit and bring it with you to your appointment.
In addition to the completed registration paperwork, please bring your insurance card, photo ID, co-pay and medication list. Plan to arrive a few minutes earlier than usual to allow time for the Covid 19 Screening and new registration process.
