In partnership with the Cabell County Health Department, HIMG is a site for the administration of the COVID-19 vaccinations. You are asked to enter through our main entrance. There is no appointment necessary and CDC guidelines are followed throughout the HIMG facility. We are accepting individuals from the age of 12 and up for their COVID vaccinations. There is no charge for the COVID vaccination and you do not need to be a current patient of HIMG to receive the vaccination. COVID vaccinations are available from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, with extended hours on Thursday until 5:00 p.m. for people ages 12 and up.
